About the role
Support production schedules, call sheets, logistics, team communication, and shoot preparation. Production coordinators keep sets running, and you’ll learn how a shoot is planned, staffed, and run from prep through wrap.
What you’ll do
- Help build production schedules, call sheets, and shoot-day plans
- Coordinate cast and crew availability, locations, and equipment
- Track budgets, receipts, and paperwork such as releases, permits, and contracts
- Communicate updates across departments, cast, and vendors
- Help prep sets and support shoot days as a production assistant
- Organize production files and wrap reports
What we’re looking for
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication by email, phone, and message
- Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets
- The ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure
- Flexibility for early call times and long shoot days
- Interest in film, TV, music, or media production. Current students, recent graduates, and self-taught applicants are all welcome — no professional credits required
Nice to have
- Production assistant experience on any shoot, including student films
- Familiarity with StudioBinder, Movie Magic, or similar production software
- A valid driver’s license
What you’ll gain
- Practical experience across pre-production, shooting, and wrap
- Production credits on the projects you support
- Connections with working crews and creatives
Where you’ll work
Las Vegas, NV, in person or remote. Shoot days are in person; scheduling, paperwork, and communication can be done remotely with a computer and reliable internet.
